What you are buying

€29 gives one person access to the seven Hyphen Foundations videos for six months from purchase. Access is personal and may not be shared, copied or resold.

Cancellation and refunds

You may contact us within 14 days to cancel. Because you request immediate access, any refund may be reduced to reflect access already supplied. If the programme is faulty or unavailable, your statutory consumer rights—including repair, price reduction or refund where applicable—are not affected.

Movement safety

The programme provides general exercise guidance, not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Choose a safe space, work within your ability, and ask a healthcare professional before starting if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether it is suitable.
